This is a remnant piece.
This luscious ruffled fabric is arranged in a stippled pattern backed on tulle, in a ombre from light to dark. It has a super soft handle and is ideal for full skirts. Can be used in bridal and evening wear.
This fabric has an soft handle but strong nature which makes it ideal for appliqueing yet soft enough for skirts, dresses and bridal/formal wear.
*The remnant is sold at a significant discount to the original fabric by reason of it being a small piece, marked or faulty.*
Specialist dry clean only. Don't iron the pleats or ruffles: they're set with heat.
