DHL

• DHL shipping options will appear as $0. After your order is placed, we will amend your order with the shipping cost after we have received a quote from DHL. You will receive an email to authorize the new payment, and the order cannot be fulfilled until payment is authorized.

International customers are responsible for any import duties or local taxes which may be payable on receipt.

Yes, our minimum purchase is 1 metre for all fabrics, laces and trims except:

• Bridal Tulle, Crystal Tulle and Stiff Net are sold by the bolt (50 metres), and Bridal Net is sold by the bolt (40 metres).
• Motifs and colour cards are sold per unit, and the minimum to order is 1 unit.

If you are looking to purchase a smaller amount of a fabric, we offer samples for $2 AUD, and $5 AUD for our premium embellished fabrics.

After our minimum purchase of 1 metre, you can then purchase in 10cm increments.

• We make every attempt to depict the colour of our fabric as accurately as possible, however there will always be variation between your display / monitor, and the colour the fabric presents as in different lighting (Sunlight, Shade, Indoors, Fluorescent, etc).
• Suitability of material for usage and tests rest with the customer. We always recommend ordering a sample first before placing an order.
  

Our team thoroughly check our fabrics before cutting. We supply our fabrics to some of the finest bridal labels and couture dressmakers in Australia and across the world, so we have to pay expert attention to the quality of our fabrics.

• While our remnants are usually end-of-roll pieces, they may have faults, stains or marks. This will be reflected in the discounted price of the item. We do not accept returns for remnants.
• Silk dupion fabrics will have an irregular slub - random streaks of darker or lighter coloured yarn, this is intentionally created in the fabric weaving process and is characteristic of all dupion fabrics.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchange for change of mind. Once the fabric is cut we cannot accept returns. We do our best to accurately describe our fabrics, however, we always recommend ordering a sample before placing your order.
