The sample showed me that the fabric is perfect for my needs. It was almost exactly the shade we are after. There was information about the colour dye and composition. It was a sufficient enough size to test interfacing, sewing and ironing which is important information when you will be paying $96/m. As a result we will be buying 4m.

Excellent quality
I've bought 1m of the recycled illusion tulle and I'm very happy with the quality of the product. It's perfect for my wedding dress. The top requires a strong, but fully transparent material to hold a full open back and this one does the job brilliantly.

Excellent fabric
I have bought 3 lengths of the liquid satin to date. Silk world have a easy website to navigate and postage of the fabric has always been prompt. This fabric is very easy to work with. It has structure without becoming rigid, the liquid treatment is fantastic. For the mother of the bride dress that I am making this works better than other versions that are more sculptural. The fabric is also very forgiving if the maker needs to unpick some stitches!

You're definitely right that ours is more forgiving to work with, other liquid satins I've used have a thick filament yarn which makes them springy and difficult to sew without leaving pin / needle marks. Thanks for the honest feedback Veronica! Habotai is a tricky one to work with, but we're glad that it complimented your outfit. I find a small needle (70/10) and a bit of tissue paper for stabilization makes all the difference working with slippery silks like Habotai.
