Requesting deletion of your data

If you have signed in to silkworld.com.au using Facebook, we receive your name and email address from Meta in order to create and access your Silk World customer account. We do not receive or store any other information from your Facebook profile.

To have this data deleted, email sales@silkworld.com.au from the address associated with your account, with “Data deletion request” in the subject line. We will delete your customer account and the associated data within 30 days and confirm by email.

You can also remove Silk World’s access at any time from Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, which stops any further data being shared.
