This beaded trim features 25mm bugle beads set among smaller orange seed beads on a fine tulle base. The bugle beads are hand dyed, so the colour shifts bead to bead and reads as a rusted, antiqued burnt orange rather than a flat one.
The tulle base gathers easily and the weight of the beading gives the trim a definite fall, making it ideal for necklines, straps, cuffs and bodice detail. Gathered along its length it builds into a dimensional petalled shape, closer to an anemone than a flat border.
It sits well against our Stretch Silk Satin or Polyester Dupion in Burnt Orange.
We recommend specialist dry clean only for all our embellished silks & laces.
