How do I place a wholesale order?
Please place your orders over the phone or via email to take advantage of our wholesale discount.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
For all woven and knitted fabrics, the minimum is 5 metres. For laces and trims, the minimum is 1 piece (usually 2.9/3 metres length but will vary across products).
Do wholesale prices include Goods and Services Tax?
The prices available on this portal are the retail price. Contact us for wholesale pricing. When we quote a wholesale price, it will be GST inclusive unless otherwise stated "including GST".
This is only applicable for sales to businesses trading in Australia, not for our international B2B customers.
What are the shipping options?
We offer the following options for delivery of your wholesale order:
- Folded (Only available for orders of 5-10 metres for fabrics that can be compactly folded) - $28 + GST
- On a roll - $44 + GST. Will be sent through StarTrack or another shipping provider.
- DHL
- Same day delivery - $44 + GST on a roll. Must be ordered before 12pm and only available in Melbourne and Geelong.
- Uber (in the metro Melbourne area).
- Pickup from our showroom in Kew, Melbourne.
Certain fabrics can be damaged when sent folded, when placing your order we will alert you to this fact and suggest upgrading to shipping on a roll.
